*Honey Glazed Ham Roast, oven baked in pineapples &  fresh cinnamon and glazed with a delightful honey pineapple  glaze.

LEVEL II BUFFET MEATS $36 pp

*Roast Beef,  oven baked and seasoned with fresh herbs and served with seasoned beef gravy

*Mushroom Chicken,  chicken breast  well seasoned and oven baked then covered with savory mushroom sauce.

*Fried Fish (Tilapia),  seasoned in a lite flavorful batter & fried to a crispy texture, topped with fired lemon slices.

LEVEL III MEATS $54 pp

*Baked Salmon (Blackened or Baked Lemon  Herb Butter)

*Sirlion or Ribeye Steak

*Grilled Shrimp with Honey Lemon Glaze

*SALMON:  Blackened, seasoned with authentic  blackened seasoning or Lemon  Herb Butter,  seasoned with  a divine  lemon herb butter, seared crispy then oven baked to a juicy flakey delight.

*Sirlion or Ribeye Steak,  seared over  blasting heat then oven roasted to a delicious  rare, med rare, or well done stage (cutting board).

*Grilled Shrimp, large shrimp skewers grilled and glazed with honey lemon
